Manage or cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time, in a couple of clicks, without emailing anyone and without giving a reason. Your access carries on until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't cut you off the moment you cancel.

What cancelling does

• No further charges. Your subscription stops renewing straight away.
• You keep access until the end of the paid period. If you've paid to 3 March, you have it until 3 March.
• Nothing is deleted immediately. Your saved work stays available until the period ends.
• No reason required, and no retention call. One click is enough.

• MindMaps Tools — individual and school licences

Bought through the Google Workspace Marketplace instead? Manage that subscription in your Google Workspace admin console.

Something not working?

If you're cancelling because a tool isn't doing what you expected, tell us within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll put it right or refund you — see our Terms. Either way, you don't have to justify cancelling.
