MindMaps provides educational software and services: classroom tools and games, Google Workspace add-ons (including TextScan), wellbeing surveys and reports, and professional development materials (including TeachWell). By using them you agree to these terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time and it will not renew; access continues to the end of the paid period. If something isn't working, email us within 14 days of first purchase and we'll put it right or refund you.
Our tools support teachers — they don't replace them. Analysis produced by TextScan and other tools is assistance for your professional judgement, not a formal assessment, grade prediction, or statutory moderation outcome. Wellbeing surveys and materials are educational; they are not medical or clinical advice.
Don't resell, copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the services; don't upload unlawful content; don't use the services to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
MindMaps owns its software, content, frameworks and branding. Your documents and your students' work remain yours. Decks or content you upload remain yours; by sharing a deck to the community library you grant other users permission to use it in their classrooms.
We aim for the services to be available and accurate but provide them "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
