Five questions we hear most often

Start with the free Position tier — submit your email above and you'll get Module 1, your personal wellbeing survey, and the visual games immediately at no cost. Most schools that go on to buy TeachWell started exactly there. It gives you and your staff a felt sense of the framework before any budget conversation.
School size is based on total pupil roll. Small is up to 210 pupils, medium is 211–420, and large is 421+. If you're on the boundary, get in touch and we'll advise honestly — pricing isn't designed to catch you out.
The Wellbeing Tracker is a diagnostic — it tells you where your school stands across five wellbeing pillars, three times a year. TeachWell is a 10-module CPD programme that gives staff and leaders the tools to actually change things. The Tracker is included within TeachWell, so if you're planning the CPD programme there's no need to buy them separately.
No contracts, no per-head costs, no hidden fees. All pricing is whole-school and flat — the price is the same whether you have 15 staff or 50 within your size band. Annual licences run for 12 months and renew on your agreement.
Yes — MAT and trust-wide pricing is available on enquiry. This includes cross-school reporting, aggregated trust-level data, and a single licence covering multiple sites. Get in touch via the enquiry cards above and we'll scope something together.
