How do I know which school size applies to us?
School size is based on pupil numbers: small is under 150, medium is 150–500, large is over 500. If you're on the boundary, use the toggle above to compare — or get in touch and we'll advise honestly.
Can I start with a Snapshot before committing to a Tracker?
Yes — and that's exactly what we recommend for schools new to MindMaps. The Snapshot gives you a complete picture of where your school is right now. If you want to track progress over time, you can upgrade to Tracker after your first cycle.
Are there any contracts or minimum terms?
No long contracts. Annual subscriptions run for 12 months and renew on your agreement. The Snapshot is a one-off with no ongoing commitment.
What does the coaching actually involve?
Coaching sessions are delivered remotely via video call and are tailored specifically to your school's survey data. Each session uses the MindMaps State → Story → Strategy framework to move from data insight to practical action. Sessions are typically with SLT or your wellbeing lead.
Do you offer founding school or trial pricing?
We're currently looking for a small number of founding schools to trial the Full Platform free for the first year in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial. Get in touch if this interests you.
Can MATs or trusts get a different arrangement?
Yes — trust-level pricing is available with aggregated reporting across all schools in the trust. Contact us directly to discuss what would work for your situation.
